Bradenton Paternity Dispute Lawyers

At Kallins | Little, we have a firm understanding of Florida family laws and know how to uphold your rights whether you are seeking to establish paternity or disestablish paternity.

We help fathers who wish to prove that they are the parent of a child so that they can have custody and visitation rights. Our Palmetto attorneys also assist those individuals who wish to prove that they are not the legal parent of a child in order to stop paying child support.

Our Florida team has also assisted mothers wishing to establish paternity in order to obtain child support from the legal father. No matter what your paternity needs are, we have the proven skill and experience to assist you throughout your entire case.

Paternity and Child Custody Matters in Florida

Once paternity is established, the issues of child custody and visitation arise. If an individual is determined to be the biological father of a child, he is entitled to all of the parental rights associated with this role and has the responsibility to fulfill them.

Our Sarasota lawyers will work with you to determine a parenting plan that will work for both parties and protect the best interests of the children involved. Many people believe that a 50/50 custody and visitation schedule is the default option. This is not true. The court will always look to the best interests of the children when analyzing a plan. We know what courts will look favorably upon and will draft an agreement that will benefit you while protecting your child.
